We focus on helping our clients think differently about how to develop and manage long-term and sustainable growth at the local and sub-regional level. We see capital investment as a mechanism for the realisation of local and sub-regional development and public service priorities.

We work with our clients to embed corporate level investment frameworks. We advise on infrastructure planning and delivery, capital investment and spatial strategies.

We also work with our clients to develop the organisational capability to enable them to create and manage that growth. From programme delivery methodologies and organisational operating models through to ‘common sense commissioning’, we advise our clients on how to deliver strategically significant projects and programmes.

All our advice is sensitive to the place shaping agenda and mindful of other prevalent policy narratives. We position our advice strategically.

We worked the London Borough of Croydon and Tower Hamlets to enhance their delivery capabilities in complex and challenging circumstances.
